New boat lines storm into Thunder Marine locations
Keisha Clark
It's full steam ahead for Thunder Marine Inc.
The St. Petersburg boat retailer just increased its inventory and sales outlets with the addition of two new brands from Brunswick Corp. in Wisconsin.
Under the agreement, Thunder Marine will sell and service Brunswick's Bayline and Trophy brand runabouts, cruisers and fishing boats for the central west coast of Florida.
The company also received dealership rights from Luhrs Corp. for its Luhrs, Silverton and Mainship brands of midsized fishing boats.
"We've got a full plate right now," said Tracie Wacker, sales manger. "The new line of boats we've acquired in addition to what we already have makes us fully stocked. We can't fit anything else in."
