FishingLife Acquires Exclusive License for World-Class Black Bart Fishing Tackle Brand

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- FishingLife Inc. -- with
more than 1,500 fishing retail customers worldwide -- has acquired the
exclusive license for Black Bart, a leading maker of tournament-winning
saltwater lures founded by Bart Miller in 1966.

Under the terms of the transaction, FishingLife owns all current and
future Black Bart lure designs and other branded products. FishingLife will
also begin managing Black Bart's established retail account base immediately.
The acquisition gives FishingLife control over what is widely considered the
best saltwater brand anywhere.

The deal is expected to bring additional established revenue streams and
increased profits to FishingLife, whose strategy is to consolidate the vast,
yet highly fragmented, $40 billion fishing industry.

"Capt. Bart Miller and his Black Bart brand are of great strategic
importance to our company as we continue to carry out our consolidation
strategy," says FishingLife Founder and Chief Executive Officer David
Raehpour. "We are glad to make his fine products available to our FishingLife
partners."

For many retailers who previously could not meet minimum order
requirements, FishingLife's acquisition of Black Bart means they will have
access to the lures for the first time.

"These are the lures for blue water fishing," says Scott Boyd, owner of
Bill Boyd's Bait and Tackle in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. "They are great products.
Our customers will love them, while we welcome increased sales."

When Miller creates Black Bart lures, he's like an artist with an
engineering degree. "Bart's lures are not only beautiful," says Raehpour,
"they are beautifully engineered, too."

Made with varieties of abalone -- from undisclosed sources around the
world -- the heads of Miller's lures have a luminescent quality and a
larger-than-life eye that attracts big fish. The unique, tournament-tested
head shapes, and carefully balanced internal weights, result in lures that
perform perfectly in the water. Thousands of anglers have already discovered
that saltwater trophy fish can't resist the life-like attributes of a Black
Bart.

Miller is now a senior member of the FishingLife executive team, where he
will expand the product line, adding more lures and related products such as
rods, reels, terminal tackle and clothing.

"I'm pleased and proud to be a part of the FishingLife team," says Miller,
"and looking forward to the great things we'll do together. With FishingLife
we'll be offering additional products of the same high caliber that anglers
have come to trust from the Black Bart brand for more than 30 years."

Miller also will be available to answer questions as a tackle advisor to
the FishingLife Professional Saltwater Fishing Team, which will be established
later this year.
