FishingLife Inc. Opens New Headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- FishingLife Inc. -- with
more than 1,500 fishing tackle retailer customers worldwide -- has moved its
corporate headquarters from Clearwater, Fla., to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., where
manufacturing, warehouse and fulfillment operations are already centered.
"Ft. Lauderdale is the home of the International Game Fish Association and
the hub of the fishing business community," says FishingLife Inc. founder and
Chief Executive Officer David Raehpour. "And for us that brings many positive
benefits.
"There is a skilled labor pool here in various areas of the
industry -- from plastics manufacturing to poured resin processes and assembly
operations.
"This is extremely important as we continue to grow. Attracting and
retaining experienced management and executives, many of whom already reside
in South Florida, is also a major benefit for the company," Raehpour says.
FishingLife Inc. is focused on consolidating the vast, yet highly
fragmented, $40 billion fishing industry. The company manufactures and
distributes brand-name fishing tackle products to retailers in all 50 states
and 22 countries. It also provides private-label online content and commerce
solutions that power the web sites of more than 350 retailers, including
prominent industry leaders.
With the headquarters move, corporate executives will now be at one
location, as will support staff for the company's FishingLife.com ezine and
sister electronic newsletters that reach 150,000 anglers worldwide every week.
The company also has centralized manufacturing of the Black Bart line of
tournament winning saltwater lures in Ft. Lauderdale. FishingLife recently
acquired the exclusive licensing rights for Black Bart.
The company's new address is 700 NW 57th Place # 8, Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida 33309. The main phone number is 954-776-6773. FishingLife Inc.
operates web sites located at FishingLife.com , TackleZone.com , and
TackleWholesale.com .
